09.04.2013 - 39. FOICA vs. the RA National Assembly
On April 8, 2013 FOICA filed a suit at the RA Administrative Court against the RA National Assembly, appealing the refusal of the RA NA regarding to the FOICA's request to receive information. FOICA has asked the Court to recognize the fact of violation of the right of FOICA to receive information and oblige the RA National Assembly to provide the requested information.
06.04.2013 - 38. FOICA vs. the RA National Security Service
On April 5, 2013 FOICA filed a suit at the RA Administrative Court against the RA National Security Service, asking the Court to recognize the fact of violation of the right of FOICA to receive an appropriate answer in a reasonable time and oblige the RA National Assembly to provide the requested information.
27.07.2012 - 37. FOICA vs. “Environmental Program Implementation Office” State Institution
On July 24, 2012 FOICA turned to the RA Administrative Court and the Court of General Jurisdiction of Center and Norq and Marash administrative districts with the claim to fine the Director of the “Environmental Program Implementation Office” SI of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection V. Martirosyan in amount of 30.000 AMD for refusing twice to provide the requested information as well as to recognize the fact of violation of the right of the “Freedom of Information Center” NGO to receive information and oblige the “Environmental Program Implementation Office” State Institution of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection to provide the requested information.
25.07.2012 - 36. FOICA vs. RA Ministry of Finance, Licensing Agency of RA MF and Financial Oversight Inspectorate of RA MF
On July 25, 2012, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court to recognize the fact of violation of the right of the “Freedom of Information Center” NGO to receive information and oblige the RA Ministry of Finance to provide the required information within 5 days.

On July 2, 2012, tha FOICA applied to the First Instance Court of the General Competence of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative districts asking to oblige the "Prosperous Armenia" Party to provide the requested information within 5 days.

On July 2, 2012, tha FOICA applied to the First Instance Court of the General Competence of Center and Nork-Marash administrative districts asking to oblige the Democratic Party of Armenia to provide the requested information within 5 days.
