24.01.2012 - FOICA vs. "SME Investments" UCO CJSC
On December 23, 2011, the Freedom of Information Center of Armenia applied to the the Court of the General Competence of Center and Nork-Marash asking to oblige the"SME Investments" UCO CJSC to provide the requested information and to impose an administrative fine of 50,000 AMD on the director of the credit organisation.
20.01.2012 - FOICA vs. "Daughter Marianna" Co. Ltd
On December 19, 2011, the FOICA filed a lawsuit in the RA Administrative Court asking to obligate the "Daughter Marianna" Co. Ltd giving the requested information and imposing an administrative penalty on the director of the company Tigran Vardanyan.
20.01.2012 - FOICA vs."Ashtarak kat" CJSC
On December 19, 2011, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court asking to obligate the "Ashtarak kat" CJSC providing the requested information and imposing an administrative penalty on the director of the company Stepan Aslanyan.
22.12.2011 - FOICA vs. Ministry of Emergency Situation
Freedom of Information Center of Armenia applied to the court asking to oblige the RA Ministry of Emergency Situation to provide the requested information within five days and to impose an administrative fine of 50,000 AMD on the Minister of Emergency Situation Armen Yeritsyan.
29.11.2011 - FOICA vs. “Hamalsaranakanner” (“Universitiers”) Condominium
Freedom of Information Center of Armenia applied to court demanding that “Hamalsaranakanner” condominium be obliged to provide the requested information within five days. The FOICA also demands that the Condominium be obliged to publish the requested information in a publicly accessible place.
