29.04.2022 - 126 local government representatives from 4 regions participated in the training on combating misinformation
The online course were conducted by IT media expert , fact-checking and information security experts Arthur Papyan, Harutyun Tsatryan and David Sandukhchyan. Numerous tools for media literacy, information verification, and fact-checking were presented.

21.04.2022 - Journalists specialize in covering Open Government Partnership topics
The aim of the training was to raise the level of awareness of journalists about the OGP initiative and the resulting commitments, to promote accurate, accessible coverage and dissemination of a number of project-related areas.

22.02.2022 - Upscaling the use of beneficial ownership data in Armenia
Armenia is a world leader in beneficial ownership transparency. Since 2021, Armenia has been collecting and publishing beneficial ownership information in a well-structured, open data format in a public Business Register. This data is published in line with the Beneficial Ownership Data Standard (BODS) to ensure data is interoperable, easily reusable, and high quality.

On January 18-19, 2022 FOICA and Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) organized “Empowering the Private Sector to Combat Disinformation” online training sessions for 28 representatives of 23 private companies.

On December 17-18, 2021 FOICA and Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) organized “Empowering the Private Sector to Combat Disinformation” online training sessions for 24 representatives of 16 private companies.

10.12.2021 - "Capacity building sessions to beneficial ownership data users" training
Open Ownership (OO) and the Extractives Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) partnered with the Freedom of Information Center of Armenia (FOICA) organized "Capacity building sessions to beneficial ownership data users" on December 7,8,9, 2021. About 30 representatives of CSOs are participating in the three-day educational initiative.
