These officials have violated the people’s access to information right in the 1rst quarter of 2013
Though in the 1st quarter of the 2013 the Freedom of Information Centre sent 60 information requests, and then double requests to the different information holders, but all the information holders responded to the FOICA's requests, at least to the FOICA's double requests. It should be noted, that this is not a qualitative indicator of the responses: there are still a lot of Incomplete and unjustified responses, which, however, are not reflected in the black list.
Mr. Hovik Abrahamyan - Speaker of the RA National Assembly
On November 22, 2012, the Freedom of Information Center sent an information request to the RA National Assembly, asking to provide provide the copies of the instructions by the Speaker of the RA NA. The NA provided an incomplete answer: 12 copies of the instructions by the Speaker of the RA NA were not provided. On March 7, 2013, the FOICA sent another request to the RA National Assembly asking to provide the missing 12 copies of the instructions. But NA provided an unjustified refusal, claiming that the instructions contain the NA employee's personal data ().
